1. Where We Ship
GOOD SHADES ships to Sweden, Denmark, the European Union, and selected international destinations. We are continuously expanding our shipping coverage.
2. Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping zones with estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Current shipping rates for EU and International orders are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via PostNord. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery at postnord.se or through the PostNord app.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. During sales periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
5.1 Sweden and Denmark
All prices for orders within Sweden and Denmark include applicable VAT. No additional customs charges or duties apply.
5.2 European Union
All prices for orders within the EU include applicable VAT. No customs duties apply for orders shipped within the EU.
5.3 International (outside the EU)
Important: For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union, the product prices and shipping costs shown at checkout are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.
You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are outside our control.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to understand any potential charges. Orders cannot be refused or returned solely because of unexpected customs or duty fees.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, PostNord will typically leave a notification with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6.2 Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@goodshades.com as soon as possible. We will work with PostNord to investigate and resolve the issue. If a package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
6.3 Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
