Monday to Friday. Most replies within the working day, usually faster.
How long will my order take?
Sweden: 1–3 business days
Denmark: 2–4 business days
Rest of the EU: 5–10 business days
Outside the EU: 7–21 business days
We dispatch within 1–2 business days from Stockholm, then PostNord takes it from there.
How much is shipping?
Free to Sweden and Denmark.
EU and international rates show at checkout before you commit to anything.
Can I return them if I change my mind?
Yes. 30 days from the day they arrive, no reason needed.
But you do pay for the return shipping, unless they arrived defective or we sent the wrong thing. In that case, we cover it.
Are the lenses UV-protective?
Every pair blocks 100% of UVA and UVB. Filter Category 3, CE-certified, and tested to American, European and Australian standards.
Reds still look red, greens still look green.
What does the 3-year lens guarantee cover?
Manufacturing defects in the lens itself: peeling coatings, cracks, anything that shouldn’t have happened.
If something goes wrong with the lens before the second summer, send a couple of photos to hello@goodshades.com and we’ll sort it.
It doesn’t cover scratches from sitting at the bottom of a beach bag, but you knew that.
